We are thrilled to invite you to the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and “Rendez-Vous” networking event hosted by The Belgian and Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam. This gathering will take place on the 28th of March 2024, at the Baron Bier restaurant, located at 80 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao, District 1.
The AGM serves as a pivotal moment for our chamber to reflect on the achievements of the past year, discuss future strategies, and elect new members to our board. It’s an opportunity for us to come together, celebrate our successes, and chart the course for continued growth and collaboration.

2. “Rendez-Vous” special networking event
If you are interested in joining the Board of Directors of BeLuxCham Vietnam, please send your nomination by submitting your CV to BeluxCham via email at info@beluxcham.com, no later than Thursday, 13th March 2024.
Please be aware that only Members who have paid their 2024 Membership fee by Thursday, 13th March 2024, will be eligible to vote. Each Member is entitled to one vote.
Voting rights are exclusive to individual ordinary members or corporate ordinary members. To ensure the meeting achieves a quorum, it is vital that voting members either attend the AGM or designate a proxy. The proxy form should be completed, signed, and emailed to info@beluxcham.com by 12:00 PM on Friday, 22nd March 2024.
