The Belgian Vietnamese Alliance (BVA) and BeLuxCham Vietnam invite Belgian companies to participate in a hands-on sourcing mission to Vietnam, one of Asia’s most dynamic and cost-effective manufacturing hubs.

This mission is designed to support Belgian businesses in identifying reliable Vietnamese suppliers across a wide range of sectors. Through a combination of online preparation, tailored B2B matchmaking, and on-site networking opportunities, participants will gain direct access to Vietnam’s thriving industrial ecosystem.

Scope of the Mission

Participants will explore sourcing opportunities in the following sectors and product groups:

• Furniture & Home Décor
• Construction Materials (tiles, doors, panels, etc.)
• Apparel & Fashion Accessories (including bags and shoes)
• Plastic and Metal Components
• • Automotive parts
  • Mechanical and industrial components (for both SMEs and large manufacturers)
• Seasonal Goods such as Christmas decorations
• Pet Products & Accessories

• Preparation Webinar – July 2, 2025
  An introductory session on Vietnam’s sourcing landscape, sector trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Tailored B2B Meetings
  Meet with at least 5 carefully matched Vietnamese suppliers based on your company’s product needs and quality expectations.
  Online meetings are available for companies that cannot travel.

If there is a group of at least 5 companies:

• On-site Networking
  Join a sector-focused networking session with manufacturers, business associations, and sourcing facilitators in Vietnam.
• Factory Visits
  Get hands-on insight into Vietnam’s production capabilities through guided site visits to relevant factories.

Timeline

• Mission in Vietnam: End of September 2025
