BeLuxCham invites its members, partners, and friends to take part in the BeLuxCham Charity Motorbike Tour 2026, a three-day initiative combining a shared travel experience with a concrete social contribution in Vietnam.

The Charity Motorbike Tour is organised in support of Mekong Plus, a Vietnam-based social enterprise working with rural communities to improve access to education and strengthen long-term livelihoods in Central Vietnam.

Event Overview

The BeLuxCham Charity Motorbike Tour is a community-driven initiative designed to strengthen connections among members while supporting meaningful, long-term local impact. Participants will follow a structured route across coastal and highland regions and take part in a visit linked to a Mekong Plus-supported community project during the tour.

About Mekong Plus

Mekong Plus is a Vietnam-based social enterprise dedicated to improving living conditions in disadvantaged rural areas through education, livelihood development, and community empowerment. Its programmes focus on long-term, locally driven solutions developed in close cooperation with local stakeholders.

Participation

  • Participants: BeLuxCham members, partners, and invited guests
  • Estimated group size: 20–40 riders
  • Motorbikes: Personal or rental
  • Pace: If required, riders will be divided into two pace groups, following the same route and programme

Logistical coordination, including bike transport and support vehicles, will arranged by the organisers.

Social Impact

Participation fees and sponsorship contributions will include a direct donation to Mekong Plus. All surplus funds generated through the initiative will be allocated to Mekong Plus’ education and community development programmes in Central Vietnam.

Registrations and sponsorship opportunities will open in January 2026.
