BeLuxCham invites its members, partners, and friends to take part in the BeLuxCham Charity Motorbike Tour 2026, a three-day initiative combining a shared motorbike journey with a concrete social contribution in Vietnam.
The tour is organised in support of Mekong Plus, a Vietnam-based social enterprise working with rural communities to improve access to education and strengthen long-term livelihoods in Central Vietnam.
Event Overview
The BeLuxCham Charity Motorbike Tour is a community-driven initiative designed to strengthen connections among members, partners, and friends while supporting meaningful, long-term local impact.
Participants will ride across coastal and highland regions of Southern Vietnam, combining scenic routes, shared experiences, and a visit linked to a Mekong Plus-supported community project.
About Mekong Plus
Mekong Plus is a Vietnam-based social enterprise dedicated to improving living conditions in disadvantaged rural areas through education, livelihood development, and community empowerment. Its programmes focus on long-term, locally driven solutions developed in close cooperation with local communities and stakeholders.

Motorbikes will be collected in Ho Chi Minh City and transported by truck to Cam Ranh.

Profile
A coastal start with stunning sea views, followed by a dramatic mountain ascent of approximately +1,500 meters before reaching the cool highland plateau of Đà Lạt in the late afternoon.

From highland plateau through forested descent into increasingly arid landscapes, finishing along the coast. Arrival in Mũi Né mid-afternoon.

Mũi Né – End of Ride
- Morning at leisure (optional short coastal ride)
- Lunch stop
- Motorbike collection
- Return transfer by VIP Bus
- End of program
Participation Details
- Participants: BeLuxCham members, partners, and invited guests
- Estimated group size: 20–40 riders
- Motorbikes: Personal or rental
- Pace: If required, riders will be divided into two pace groups, following the same route and programme
- Accommodation: Group accommodation arranged by the organisers (details to be confirmed)
- Logistics: Motorbike transport, support vehicle(s), and overall coordination organised by BeLuxCham
Flights, meals, fuel, tolls, insurance, and personal expenses are paid individually by participants.
Participation Fee
Participation Fee: 3,800,000 VND per rider
The participation fee includes:
- Group accommodation (2 nights)
- Motorbike transport by truck (round trip)
- Support vehicle(s) during the tour
- Direct donation to Mekong Plus
The participation fee does not include flights, meals, fuel, tolls, insurance, or personal expenses.
Registration is confirmed upon payment. A participation disclaimer and risk waiver will be signed prior to departure.
